Operations Staff

Job description

Follow up on barge processing permit documents

Track barge sailing from barge

Make a tracking report for each barge or ship

Summary reporting of each barge position Collect barge invoices

Helping ship operations

Help update account statements

Assist with the transport of reports for each location

Assist and control dock loading

Qualification

Male.

The maximum age of the candidate is 28 years.

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Diploma/Professional Degree in Industrial Engineering, Marine Engineering, and Logistics Engineering.

Have related experience with 1 or 2 years. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Fluent in English both oral and written.

Able to operate Ms. Excel.

Familiar with the processes of stockpiling, hauling, sailing vessels and barges, wharves.

Know the supply chain and logistics.

Organizing planning, detail oriented, well organized, and coordination.
