TelkomSigma or PT. Sigma Cipta Caraka is a company engaged in telecommunications and information technology and is a business partner of. This company was founded in 1987 which started its business as an IBM partner to sell hardware to local banks in Indonesia. In subsequent developments PT Sigma Cipta Caraka was known as a provider of a core banking system called Alphabits which is used by local banks as well as medium-sized banks. In 1997, in order to support local banks and increase the efficiency of bank investments in the IT world, a new business was launched, namely data center and outsourcing services. In 2008 TelkomSigma was acquired by METRA, a subsidiary of the TELKOM company.

TelkomSigma provides integrated information technology services such as Managed Services, Software Development, and System Integration. TelkomSigma has two data centers namely the German Center, Serpong and Surabaya. TelkomSigma serves the solutions segment for the health industry, the banking sector, telecommunications, transportation, and State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN).

TelkomSigma has become a company that is responsible for the development of information technology as well as a provider of operational and maintenance services for various types of industries both inside and outside the country. TelkomSigma offers a variety of information technology-based services, ranging from consulting services, software products, applications, software development services and data center operations to banking, the financial sector, telecommunications, manufacturing and distribution.
