PT Dhanistha Surya Nusantara is a National Private Company engaged in the Palm Oil Industry, with an area of +/- 100,000 HA and has 9 Palm Oil Mills spread throughout Indonesia.

PT Dharma Satya Nusantara Tbk (Company) was established on September 29, 1980. At first, the Company was engaged in the timber industry, after obtaining Forest Concession Rights (HPH) from the Government. In 1983, the Company operated its first timber factory in Samarinda, East Kalimantan, which produces quality sawn timber for export to Japan. In 1988, the Company became one of the pioneers of using sengon wood from community plantation forests to replace natural forest wood in its production. The use of sengon wood is a form of the company's commitment to the prosperity of society and the preservation of nature and to anticipate the increasingly limited sources of natural wood raw materials, in accordance with the vision and mission of the Company.

In 1991 the company's production base was moved from Kalimantan to Java starting from the factory relocation in Samarinda to Surabaya and continued to Gresik in 1992. Along with increasing demand and customer confidence, in the following years the Company continued to grow by establishing a factory in Temanggung, which followed by establishing wood processing factories in Lumajang, East Java and Banyumas, Central Java. This wood business sector continues to develop into an integrated wood processing company that produces quality wood products for export purposes. As a form of trust from export destination countries, the Company receives certificates from various agencies.

1. Estate Assistant Trainee

Qualification:

• S1 Agriculture / Forestry graduate
• Graduated in 2021/2022, with a minimum GPA of 3.00
• Has internship experience in oil palm
• Loves challenges and is committed to becoming a PLANTER
• Willing to undergo training for 6 months
• Willing to be placed in Sumatra and Kalimantan

2. Mill Assistant Trainee

Qualification:

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Chemical Engineering
• Graduated in 2021/2022, with a minimum GPA of 3.00
• Fresh Graduates
• Likes challenges and has a high commitment
• Willing to be placed in Sumatra and Kalimantan
