1. HR Recruitment Internship


Job description :

Responsible for recruitment administration.

Maintain employee database.

Responsible for CV screening, scheduling candidate psychological tests, interviewing candidates, scheduling candidate interviews with users, and recruiting new employees.

Design posters for job vacancies and human resources programs/events.


Requirements :

Majoring in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or equivalent.

Preferably in the semester of the final year.

Interested in Recruitment.

Familiarize yourself with recruiting tools.

Having design skills (Photoshop, Canva, Corel draw, etc) is a must.

Detail oriented.

Able to work both individually and team.

Min. the internship period is 6 months.

Willing to be placed in Alam Sutera.


2. Treasury Apprentice


Job description:

Ensuring invoice data collection.

Document Control (Purchasing of raw materials, spare parts, marketing events & exhibitions).

Copy and scan documents.

Transaction input to IFS system.


Requirements:

Majoring in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.

Preferably in the final semester.

No professional work experience required.

Mastering Ms. office.

Good communication skills.

Discipline, responsible and pay attention to details.

Min. the internship period is 6 months.

Willing to be placed in Alam Sutera.


3. Procurement Intern


Job description:

Import document inspection

Follow up delivery to Forwarder

Send invoices & DO to Forwarders

Enter Invoice from Forwarder

Complete all shipping documents

Prepare PIB+PBN to the Directorate General of Taxes

Enter PIP


Requirements:

Majoring in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.

Preferably in the final semester.

No professional work experience required.

Mastering Ms. office.
