Production Control Staff
Main job :
- Create a material supply plan that supports Production and Delivery Plans
- Calculate and analyze the results of MRP
- Maintain adequate material stock levels for required production pian and minimize potential Loss of Good Delivery
- Regular coordination with overseas suppliers (JFE Steel Japan) for the smooth implementation of the material supply plan Periodic review of the material supply plan to keep it aligned with customer needs, production and delivery
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Mathematics or Statistics
- Experienced in the steel or automotive industry
- Able to carry out Material Requirement Plan (MRP) activities, supply/capacity/production planning, inventory management
- Having knowledge and experience in the fundamental areas of MRP, production planning & scheduling
- Able to manage material planning master data
- Strong analytical skills and a drive for continuous improvement
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good communication in English, (Japanese will be an advantage)
- Upgrade Ms Excel (PowerQuery+Power Pivot, DAX Formulas, VBA Macros)
- Lives around Cikarang
